Planning permission and Listed Building Consent have been secured for the extension and remodelling of the Grade II listed Clougha Cottage and its adjoining barn in Quernmore, Lancashire. The project scope includes the demolition of the existing garage, a new single-storey side extension, and internal reconfiguration to deliver more usable space, better flow, and modern day-to-day functionality. Performance upgrades included replacement windows and internal wall insulation to improve comfort and thermal efficiency, plus a new detached boiler room and wood store for discreet, practical servicing and storage.
