Planning Approval was secured in 2025 for a new 1.5 storey dormer bungalow within the established garden curtilage to the west of Stonecroft in Bowgreave, near Garstang. Designed to respect the scale and character of the existing dwelling, the proposal combines natural stonework and render with slate roofing and dark grey composite-clad dormers. Integral photovoltaic panels will be incorporated to make the most of the site’s southerly aspect.
